This child was resuscitated by my partner David Christopher MD.  She was as close to death as one can be and still survive.  She reports seeing a "light that told me who I was and where I was to go" and meeting Jesus.  It wasn't her time to die.

This is Part 1 of an inspiring story of a baby's miraculous recovery on Christmas Eve from a fatal liver disorder.  There can be no doubt about her diagnosis, it was made by Electron Microscopy of her liver.  This was one of my patients.

Two sisters cared for their dying mother.  In the days before she died, she had a near death experience.  Later, at the point of death, they both (independently) had a vision of their mother's soul leaving her body.

They then independently drew pictures of their experience so they could attempt to validate when happened to them. They wanted to see if their drawings of the experience were similar, and they were. They did this validation as it had meaning for them, it was a way of processing and better understanding the experience.

Marathon runner, on the Corporate Ladder, died during a marathon race, right in front of his wife and children.  He had a transformation after his near death experience, in which he learned "to stop and smell the roses" from time to time.

A man was dying of leukemia. At the point of death, he meets his guardian angel. We learn that not every healing involves a healing of the body, sometimes patients are healed into death.

This case is remarkable because his wife saw the angel as well. As is typical of angel encounters, the angel appeared completely real. As a general rule, spiritual experiences appear precisely as real as everything else in this reality. This should no surprise us, as this IS the spiritual reality.

It seems every drug addict, in the depths of despair, prays to a "God" for help, makes some sort of bargain that they will never use drugs again.  So did Andy Lakey after one night of wild partying which resulted in his thinking he was going to die from too many drugs.  Except this time, a host of angels appeared and transformed him into Angel Painter with a mission.

In battlefield in Iraq, a soldier was reassured by an angel in Iraq that everything was going to be alright.  It wasn't so much what the angel looked like, but it was what it made him feel like, made him feel "soft and white".

This is the spiritual reality. 2/3 of the mass of the Universe is invisible to us. (So called dark matter) It is intermingled with this reality. Consider of course that the fundamental building blocks of matter (quarks, etc) also exist in those other realities, just with different spins. Since consciousness is also part of those hidden matter based realities, conscious beings would theoretically evolve there as well.

My science theory is that our brains are the mediators and sensors between these different realities.  So our right temporal lobe is possibly the hub between the various realities.  Regardless, this is an example of a human angel. 

I was part of "Miracle Detective" Randall Sullivan's investigation into Akiane.  I was asked if she "really" saw Heaven at age 4.  I concluded that she did, based on similarities between her pictures at age 4-6 and children's near death experience pictures.

For example, she has one picture on her website called "Rainbow River" (click here) which is strikingly similar to the children who saw heaven as part of their near death experience have drawn.
